Furthermore, we strive to help cities, counties, states, non-governmental organizations, volunteers, and other groups develop comprehensive plans and preparations for emergencies specific to their local regions.

Ellis extensive experience in all aspects of disaster management, from preparedness and response to long-term recovery implement disaster recovery goals. Interagency Recovery Coordinator and Local Government Specialist at FEMA, providing technical assistance to communities through Disaster Housing Consultants, and serving as the Disaster Relief Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.’ 30 plus years working in the public and private sector.
Experienced administrator with a strong background in federal government, private housing development, and community development organizations. .
Patton helped establish a regional coalition of over 200 nonprofit organizations to implement a Homeless Management Information System, conduct point-in-time counts, and address homelessness. Provided technical assistance to organizations, including developing grant applications, setting up grant administration, affordable housing development, and capacity building. Served as a consultant and presenter, working with rural organizations, credit unions, and disaster relief efforts to secure funding and implement programs.
Expansive experience in public housing demolition, disposition, and conversion to RAD programs, with expertise in analyzing market conditions, community development, and affordable rental housing. Skilled in fiscal management, development negotiations, and reporting for multifamily housing projects. Knowledgeable in USDA and HUD rural housing programs, as well as federal, state, and local community development initiatives, including USDA Rural Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Capable of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Ariel Baker

With 20 years of experience working in communities and navigating federal, state, and local government processes to support effective and equitable planning and action. She is an experienced facilitator who helps translate technical information into better processes. This helps people and governments access cut red tape, access programs, and make decisions. She is passionate about building housing and communities so that people can live, work, and play close to home in neighborhoods they enjoy.
